Missouri falls to Nebraska 75-60 to lose in the opening round of the Big 12 Championship as the defending champs.  The Tigers shot just 34% and 7-21 from the three point line.  Laurence Bowers was the only double figure scorer with 11.  Nebraska advances to face Texas A&M.

The Chiefs have signed DT Shaun Smith, a 6 year NFL veteran most recently with the Cincinnati Bengals.  Smith played in just four games last season with Cincinnati in his 2nd stint with the Bengals.   He also played with Cleveland and New Orleans.   Click here for Chiefs team page.

The Royals beat Colorado 5-0 behind another easy performance from Zack Grienke who tosses three scoreless innings allowing just one hit and strikes out two.  Grienke has six scoreless innings this spring allowing just 2 hits.  The Royals scored four in the 8th inning to pull away.  For audio from today's game, click here.  The Royals face the LA Dodgers on Thursday at 2:05pm.  For the webcast of that game, click here.
