Audio: Sporting KC ends winless streak

Sporting KC picks up a much needed 2-1 win over San Jose to end a four match winless streak and give them their first victory since the 7-0 start.

CJ Sapong scored in the 5th minute on a goal assisted by Kei Kamara and Graham Zusi.  Kamara then found the net on a nifty header off a cross from Michael Harrington in the 39th minute.

Unlike their last match vs Colorado, Sporting KC was able to hang onto a 2-0 halftime lead to move to 8-3-1.  They now have a break from MLS play and will host a US Open Cup match vs Orlando City FC on Tuesday.  More at sportingkc.com.
