The Larry Stewart Memorial Radiothon - August 18, 2011

610 Sports Radio, the personalities, the staff joined together with The Salvation Army and the gracious Kansas City community for the 3rd Annual Larry Stewart Memorial Radiothon benefiting the Slavation Army's Children Shelter. 610 broadcasted live from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Crown Center for a day chalk full of memories in the making. With special on-air and on-site guests like Dayton Moore, Royals greats Willie Wilson and Frank White and interviews wit Bubba Starling, Bob Costas and Fox Sports' Gus Johnson.
Once the phones stopped ringing 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Radiothon, over we tallied over $174,000 for the Salvation Army Children’s Shelter of KCMO. Thank you Kansas City for your generous donations and continued support of The Salvation Army and 610 Sports Radio.
