The Royals make it official on Friday, that they sent 3b / OF Mark Teahen and cash to the White Sox for 2b Chris Getz and 3b Josh Fields. They also announced that they have declined 2010 options on CF Coco Crisp, C Miguel Olivo and P Yasuhiko Yabuta. Crisp and Olivo can now file for free agency. Yanuta can on November 16th. Whitlock Unloads on Pioli and Haley
